George Elliott

Owner/President/Executive Producer

George Elliott began his animation career in 1985 as a background designer on George Lucas' animated series, Droids. Since then he has worked as an illustrator, layout artist, key animator, storyboard artist, development artist, director, line producer and executive producer. He has been involved in more than 1000 episodes of television animation, numerous direct to video features, theatrical features, live action movies, documentaries, interactive content, video games and commercials.

George opened his first traditional 2D animation studio in 1988, expanded his operation in Toronto in 1995 and again in 2000 with CGI animation by co-producing 26 episodes of the hit animated series, The Sitting Ducks.  As a producer his projects have included 2D, 3D and Flash animation series for television, direct-to-video features, CD-ROM games and television commercials.

His studio, Elliott Animation Inc. provides a full range of 3D-CGI animation, 2D animation and Digital 2D (Flash and Toon Boom’s Harmony) animation production services for major North American studios from its home base in downtown Toronto, Canada.

As a writer, George’s children’s books include, Barker McGee, An Aardvark Flew an Airplane, Digger, Camp Fear and the Blue Spruce Award winning book, The Boy Who Loved Bananas, published by Kids Can Press.

George is represented in the US by Jennifer De Chiara.

Brian Irving is a producer, screenwriter and former journalist.

He is a partner and CFO of Fresh TV, a content development and television production company specializing in the creation of family entertainment.

Fresh TV producer and executive producer credits include the award-winning and highly rated series Total Drama Island, Stoked, Grojband, 6Teen, My Babysitter's A Vampire, Really Me and the award winning made-for-TV movie, My Babysitter's A Vampire and the CSA nominated best mini-series or television movie Bunks.  

Past screenwriting, story editing and producing credits include Sabrina The Teenage Witch, Sabrina Goes To Rome, Rats, Stuart Bliss, Sabotage, Redline, Deadly Past and Vampire Hunter "D". 

In addition to his involvement at Fresh TV, Brian is a partner and CFO of Elliott Animation Inc.

Tom McGillis is an Emmy® Award-winning executive producer, writer and series creator, specializing in children's and family entertainment.

He is President and Co-Founder of Fresh TV, a world leader in creating television that powerfully connects to kid, tween and teen audiences around the world.

Along with creative partner Jennifer Pertsch, McGillis has created a string of hits including the world-renowned Total Drama Island franchise, My Babysitter's a Vampire, Really Me!, 6TEEN, Grojband, Stoked and Bunks. All of these series have garnered international appeal and have aired around the world on Disney Channel, Cartoon Network, TELETOON and Family Channel.

Fresh TV's newest spin-off series Total Drama Presents The Ridonculous Race is set to air later this year.

Tom McGillis leads the Fresh TV development team on projects in collaboration with networks in Canada and the United States.

Jennifer Pertsch is an executive producer, series creator, story editor, writer and co-founder of Fresh TV.

She is the co-creator and executive producer of Fresh TV’s hit series 6TEEN, Total Drama, Grojband, Stoked, My Babysitter’s a Vampire and Really Me! She is also the executive producer for Fresh TV’s newest animated series set to air later this year, Total Drama Presents The Ridonculous Race.

Jennifer has written extensively in the television industry, with more than 100 episodic script credits to her name including Braceface (ABC Family/Teletoon), Franklin (CBS/Family Channel), Little Bear (Nick Jr./CBC/TVO), George and Martha (HBO/YTV), The Berenstein Bears (PBS) and Jacob Two Two (Nelvana Ltd.). Recently she has penned several episodes for the live-action series My Babysitter’s a Vampireand Really Me!

Jennifer’s work has earned her several awards and nominations. She earned an Emmy® Award nomination for her writing on the award-winning series Rolie Polie Olie; a Gemini Award nomination for ‘Best Animated Program or Series’ for Total Drama Island; and several nominations for My Babysitter’s a Vampire, including the Shaw Rocket Prize, a Gemini Award nomination for Best Drama Mini-Series or TV Movie, and two Kidscreen Award nominations.
